According to the latest statistics, it is estimated that at least 1.2 billion people in the world go hungry every day. That is a 17% increase from just three years ago. This year, over five-and-a-half million children will die from hunger-related causes around the world. In the United States, approximately 44 million people live in households where someone has to skip a meal or eat less to make ends meet. ......more
